Does anyone work for a company or know a place where I could apply for working as someone who provides assistance to people with Autism Spectrum Disorders, Sensory Disorders, Schizophrenia and Schizotypal Disorders? I don't care if Canada (would require permission to work as a foreign citizen), USA (no low wage work and good healthcare benefits) or in Europe.

I am asking specifically for that area as I can relate to people with ASDs as I am on the spectrum myself and I have sufficient knowledge of the other three elements as I know people who have these and have experienced their issues. I myself found ways to cope to live relatively normal (except finding a job).

I have seen ads on Craigslist from companies that hire people to assist people with disabilities often autism specifically. Like visiting them each day or taking them out to the park or organized events with other autistic people. There are also ads from family members of autistic person looking for similar support.

Ah craigslist isn't that reliable in my area though. I have see job ads there asking people if they wanna earn a lot by producing methamphetamines. So I am generally careful about craigslist.

It really depends where you live. That's the type of work I did before I had children. I almost exclusively worked with nonverbal adults with intellectual disabilities. It was very satisfying.

You could try Volunteers of America, that's a nation-wide company that provides such services and housing.

It could be worth trying out still, I think, as I have found jobs on craigslist, and posting on craigslist was the only recruiting method used by some small businesses, nonprofits, or family members.

You don't happen to be in southern Oregon, do you? I once worked for a company there that I have always felt was a shining example of what such a place could be like (both for the people who worked there and those who received services).

I am not even in the US. I live in Germany and have German and US citizenship.

Since you are willing to go so many places, maybe there is a way to find out where services are best?

In US, it is easier to find jobs in big cities.
What about tutoring autistic students in some subject that you are good at?
That can broaden your employment opportunities.
