When I started my current job (which ends in a week) in September i was paired with the same job/project with another coworker who had dyspraxia/brain damage. Compared to how most people behaved in the office his behavior was very much out of the norm and he is very extroverted and noisy while i am introverted. When we were paired together to do filing work i got angry especially when my coworker with dyspraxia said "we are the chosing ones" i took the women who was supervising both of us to one side and said "do me and him behave the same" she did beat around the bush a bit and said "hmmm yeah" i then said "how do i behave in your opinion" and she "your a bit quiet."

Do you think most likely we were given the same job because we appear the same and 'behave the same' or because we both have learning disabilities?

I myself have aspergers with a learning difficulty/disability.
