Interesting topic. In my case that can vary. Yesterday there wasn't much work to do. I had to finalize replacing monitors (broken by students): attaching the terminals to the back of the monitors and some copying work. But that didn't race the productivity to 5. It was at 2 at best.
Copying tasks can often be combined with other tasks. I just have to fill the copying machine with enough paper, program it, hit the Start button and - after half an hour - check how far the machine progressed in copying. In the meantime I can do other tasks, as long as they are not copying related.
Sometimes my productivity is at 5. It does give a little work stress, but it also makes me feel good: I am feeling useful.
