Okay I need to vent.
For the past (almost) three years I've been stuck in a work program for adults with disabilities.
I'm not ashamed to say I'm the only one who seems to act like an adult among the bunch as there are co workers who behave socially inapropriately (by this i mean acting like a bunch of schoolchildren on the playground)
It's distracting!
And it's especially annoying when my supervisors TREAT ME like one of these co workers.
I work my ass off!(if you'll pardon my french.) I don't need to be patronized by people who act like they've never met someone with High Functioning Autism before! *sigh* Thank goodness I'll be out of that job and somewhere else soon! :x

I go through the same thing at my job. There are hard workers there but most of them seem to have the mental capacity of high schoolers (if that). I would say focus your energy on your work. I've noticed that if you take a job seriously and really listen to your supervisors, they will take notice.

What job are you about to start?
