How does the difficulty of your job compare to that of your immediate co-workers--supervisor and peers, not people in other parts of the organization?

I thought about it and decided I have an easier time doing my job than my co-workers--even though they can't really do a lot of the stuff I do as it is too hard for them. For example, I get anything involving math--because I can easily remember math I learned decades ago and they can't.

I've also figured out that if a co-worker can't do his job--its not my job to do it--its my supervisor's problem! If we are lucky I'll spend a few minutes to help out, but I need to spend my time on the stuff I'm suppose to be doing.
