Hi, I am a teen girl. I am thinking about college. I like statistics and I like education. Could I combine the two?

You bet. And if you are really solid in statistics, you will be in demand in many fields, from education and psychology to genetics and finance.

Are you talking about K-12 education? Because I've never heard of a single statistics class outside of college. If you want to teach stats specifically, you'd have to get a PhD and do it at the college level.

Could I work as a statistician for a secondary school system? Collecting info on how ethnicity, teaching styles, population, affects class selection, GPA, graduation, etc?

There is definitely more need for teachers than there is for statisticians.

But I think what you are proposing is something that could very well be viable.

I bet the Department of Education has something along those lines, or perhaps some state governments as well.

Look up "STEM" scholarships. It's like Science, Technology, Engineering, Math? I think that's right. People who are willing to teach ANY grade (or college level) in any of those subjects pretty much get a free pass in college. They're desperate for more people who can teach in the hard sciences. You could talk to your school counselor and see if you can get any special stuff to do in preparation for college, or maybe they can tell you specific things to do to apply for a scholarship.
