I made it to the second round of job interviews for a position I really want as a support worker for people with mental health issues. The second round involves going in front of the people who will be my coworkers if I get the job and I will have the opportunity to ask them questions about the position. I'm trying to be prepared with good questions but the only ones I have so far are

"What was your first day at work like?"

"If the person you are now could give that person (you) from the first day advice, what would it be?"

any ideas?

Ok my third question for them is "What was your hardest day like?"

This shows I won't shy away from tough stuff and that I'm comfortable, I hope.

I hope three questions is enough, the interview is tomorrow.

A question with which I have found reasonable success is asking what development opportunities there are, either with on-site courses or a mentoring scheme. I think it shows some forward thinking and interest in working up within their company over the long term, regardless of whether you actually end up staying with them.
