I don't have any passion or interest for anything in life now. It seems that if I chose a volunteer opportunity to build up my resume, I need to have at least some experience in my hobby or interest. What should I do?

Volunteering doesn't necesarily have to be something that interests you deeply, just something that you would enjoy doing for a few hours every week. There must be something that you feel like doing?

Experience isnt required for all volunteering.
You could volunteer at a homeless shelters' canteen, serving food. This doesn't require any experience in anything

I volunteer with an adaptive outdoor recreation program, we take both people who have various circumstances ranging from amputations, CP, and even autism out on outdoor trips. While it's one of the most rewarding things I've ever done, I'm also very passionate about it. Consider spending a day or two with a disability agency, talk to a few of the folks there and learn about their stories...most don't require any experience or commitment, and it might do much more for you than bolster a resume.
