How do I find quick work today? I really want to add experience to my resume and I don't have many other alternatives. I applied online to a staffing company, but after I sent the resume, I realize that I misspelled the company name. Sad.

Where you live can make the different on getting a job or not. If you live in a Blue State chances are you're not going to get a quick job as most companies are taxed out of state and the ones that remain are highly selective because of the burdens placed on them. For example Dallas Texas you can pick up a news paper and get a couple of job interviews with a couple people willing to hire you. Blue Chicago unless you know someone you're going to have to apply online and hope out of the hundreds of places you applied for someone will contact you in a couple of months.

If your in a Blue State a good gig right now is Uber. I did it for a while and if you stick with it, it's good money. Just make sure the car you have sucks so you don't ruin a perfectly new one.

If you're in a red state you most likely will need a car to drive out to the jobs just apply around town. As someone who is born and raised in a blue state it always amazes me every time I venture out of this state into a red state how easy it is to get a job. Sadly though many Dems from our state have moved into Iowa and even Texas turning some local areas blue turning the once industrious area into the blighted dead job zone they came from since they vote for the same people who destroyed the previous places they came from.
