One of my coworkers informed me this morning that we're both in a program our managers are developing to let some of their associates work from home. It hasn't been set in stone yet, but it's getting close. I'll still be taking customer calls, but if I'm doing it from the comfort of home, in my pajamas, without a bunch of noise and strangers around me, that might actually do a lot to take away a lot of the stress. I'm not entirely sure, though. One the other hand, having the place I work and the place I go to get away from work be the same place might... I dunno, mess with me. It'd be like living in the office, you know? Then again, it could be freaking awesome. What do you guys think? Are there any big pros and cons I should be aware of?
