When you stress yourself out it makes you feel underappreciated, unworthy, and undeserving of anything you actually deserve. It hurts your back and makes you feel bad.
The reality of your hard work is that you were stressed and worked hard. It's the hard work from the stressful job that led you to work hard, and not the exhausting stress from the hard work.
That's like having me say that sweat from running is what makes you a good runner. No it doesn't, it may be a sign that you are running well, but I could have sweat from a hot day, and still be inactive. Don't think about sweating, but think about running. Likewise:
Don't stress yourself out. Focus on working hard, and not stressing hard. Working leads to more successful work. Stress does not lead to more successful work, so don't focus on stress. Do not stress yourself out.
