Finding a job in another country

So for about a year now I have had a massive interest in Japan and its culture.Recently I have been contemplating what I should work as or where and this popped into my head.My question is is what would I need to do and what would be the requirements to move and live in Japan and how difficult is it.

While you're still young and in high school, see if you can go to Japan as an exchange student. You must visit there first.
