Really stressful anxious day... got to work and was told to do something entirely different. ,My mind got all muddled and confused and she asked me to a make a decision and I struggled to make a decision. Then I spent half of my shift, walking around... wishing it was all over soon and feeling physically sick and trying to hold a epic meltdown in... I seriously thinking about quitting. My anxiety levels are really high and my line manager knows I have asd and should have known better. She thinks just explaining to me... is going to work. It was awful and I had to deal with members of staff asking me constant questions and not doing what they supposed to do

Yes I managed to just about get through. I feel like I should look for a new job but struggling to do much at the moment as I can't focus my mind because of my financial situation. I will talk to HR tomorrow and see what he says about it.

Did you speak to HR? How did you get on?
