Any tips on finding work in Ohio?
I'm in the Southwest Ohio area and I generally haven't worked for around 8 years, left my grocery store job when I was experiencing severe depression and anxiety and other things happened. I've tried working with local organizations without much luck, they tried putting me in a job I couldn't stand to do. I've been a seasonal employee but was getting like no hours and quit. I also tried doing freelance graphic design and occasionally got some work but often didn't get anything.
I've been working with a more specific group in the past year and they've been doing a little better job with me but I still haven't found a fitting position yet. I took a screenprinting night class and I liked that but it sounds like you would need more experience to get a job in that field too.
So just wondering if anyone has opinions on what I should do or experiences with employment in the area.
