Last night I saw a TV show about mom and pop bakeries in the Northwestern part of the United States.

It looked to me like there were some really good jobs for Aspies who can get up early in the morning and do exactly the same thing every day. Lots of manual work if you are good with your hands.

The best thing about the work is that it isn't going to be automated out of existence. People will continue to pay for baked goods made by hand.

Like everything else, it isn't for everyone. In the USA there are strict health rules and enforcement, so you will be let go if you can't follow the rules intended to keep everyone safe.

I'd love to work in a bakery. There's one hiring at the moment in my area, but they want people over 18 with previous experience.
