The job I just got, one part of the job I hesitated on was the part of the description that said "lift 50lbs". I am not good at lifting, but I am really qualified in other areas. So I came out and said I could not lift 50lbs, but in the end I was hired anyway and it's a lesson on how you need to remember an employer can be flexible and can work with you if you have a disability. Also before I start this job in May I am going to restart my physical therapy for weak muscles and exercise/walk everyday so I am better prepared for it. Remember, just because you are not good at something in the description doesn't mean you shouldn't try!
