Fed up off office work

I work in a small office / estate agents with around 20 people working there. I ask around 5 times a day for the ceos daughter to authorise payments on the purchase ledger so that I can pay them. Her response is give me 2 mins etc it never happens. Didn't happen Thursday and Friday. Come Friday at 6pm a supplier that was promised payment that day was not paid. I give up on life. Most of the day I pretend to work reading emails just moving the mouse around etc as she is preventing me from doing my job.

If you let this go on, you could lose your job.
You need a frank exchange with the CEO's daughter, I think. And maybe start looking around for something else, in case that goes pear-shaped?
