First, about the job itself, this is a case to look to your colleagues as a resource, find out what "hacks" they use to get through the day's work, and which you can accept adopting.
In cases like this, they become the "out-of-the-box" thinkers because they'll consider and adopt strategies we'd tend to eschew as imperfect.
Hang on to your core values, but resolve to bend where possible and adopt some of those practices.
Secondly, almost a more important thing is to arrive at your place of employment, ready for the stresses of the day. I'm talking now about self care.
