It's not like they considered all their recent applications and chose you to be interested in. They no doubt contacted many people who have applied in the past, hoping that even ten percent would be available and interested. Email contacts are incredibly cheap/easy to generate and you just got scooped up in a sweep.
Go ahead and apply if you want to. Just don't put too much hope in it and then later be depressed if it doesn't work out.
Husband says you could go, but he also freaks at the idea of someone else taking care of him. If you get hired in Seattle, he will either die from his own crappy care, or he will get a lot of extra services whether at home or in a group home. That's the situation in a nutshell.
