Driving to work.

I have managed to get a full time job but can not drive I passed my theory test but am still yet to pass my practical. The main problem I have is I tend to flap (panic) if something goes wrong e.g. when at a junction and a car signals that they are letting me turn I start to turn and then they change their mind and pull out on me so I panic and stop and it can take me a minute ish to start off again which makes the whole thing worse as other drives get (rightfully) annoyed that they can’t move on . Dose anyone else panic when driving and does anyone have any tips on how to overcome it.
