Remember, it's not a demotion or an involuntary reclassification, it's probably a constructive dismissal and you may be entitled to severance. :nerdy:

Where I work, people regularly get promotions by demotion. I personally, only accept the minimum number of promotions that I can get away with without being pushed it the door.

There were promotions by seniority and the squeaky wheel. There were demotions because of the merger and minority status.

At my last job, most were dismissed when the Project was automated.  One co-worker was promoted to Project Manager at my recommendation.

• Getting Drunk
• Having Sex or "Sexting"
• Home Business
• Industrial Spying
• Moonlighting

• Taking Drugs
