Yes, yelling at work is an issue, not necessarily a fireable issue, but an issue.

Actually, if someone shows themselves as decent even when angry, to me that shows good character.

It is a difference to me when someone at work yells at co-workers after 37 years or after a few days of employment.

If someone yells after a few days, it may be a reason to fire him. But after 37 years...? While he is a good worker?

NGL if I ended up having worked at McDs for 37 years, I'd start yelling, too.

Still, I want to know the reason why he yelled. I never yell at work. At anyone.
