Have you ever noticed that one day something seems like a great big deal to the managers or supervisors or whatever and then the next day it's like the thing that was a great big deal yesterday is completely forgotten about.

It's like they get a bee in their bonnet about something and get everyone fired up about it and then it's like it never happened.

Yes that has happened in my current and past jobs. I have had one supervisor telling me my faults one day and the following day it’s forgotten about and says nothing more. I find stuff like this very confusing.
