What kind of disciplinary action did your coworkers get?

What did they allegedly do wrong?

Do you feel like their punishments were too large or small? Why?

What kind of bad and wrong things did your coworkers allegedly do and get away with?

What happened when employees dated their bosses?

A woman colleague punched a teenaged boy on site.
She was put on administrative duty for several months.
She had to go to a tribunal.
Then she was transferred.

Another woman who was a higher-up, started shagging her boss.
They were both already married.
She left her husband and child to be with her boss.
She surrendered all custody of her child.
The boss man hadn't left his wife yet, but he died of a heart attack.
The woman was left with no one.

when I was in the army, an acquaintance from another [combat engineer] unit across the highway from my own, told me about a troop during an in-ranks inspection who had a loose button on his BDUs, the first sergeant jerked him out of formation, shoved him onto the ground, screaming profane insults at him and commanding him to perform punitive pushups until exhaustion, then he was given a company grade article 15 [administrative punishment] and lost the solitary stripe on his collar and for the next 2 months, every hour on the hour of his time off, up to 16 hours per day, report to the company CQ with his full duffel bag and empty it out on the floor, button and unbutton all his uniforms, then fold them and put them back in his duffel bag. attention to detail is a military must.

I was once given disiplinary action for abiding by the company rules when no one else was. I was given it because everyone else could get in trouble because I was following the rules. I asked why they don't then follow the rules and they did not want to discuss the matter further.
I just carried on sticking to the rules as they knew that if they sacked me their jobs would also go.
