This one looks OK to me. They're just a bit over-excited. Amazon sent me much the same sort of thing once.
I assume it's a text message (it says reply STOP to unsubscribe). Beware of phishing; just check that the link belongs to the company you applied to, and that the form doesn't ask for anything unusual or inappropriate (passwords, bank details, etc.)

This one doesn't look right to me. They're offering you a job without even an interview, which isn't normal. It is also written in poor English.
Good luck with the first one. Avoid the second one.
