A couple of years ago, at home Depot, where I work, a security guard had the nerve to tell another security guard "he looks like he got a communication barrier". She had never even interacted with me before. I have no idea what she meant by that. I am Chinese and she appeared Mexican. (Things are not always the way they appear). A communication barrier is not visible. A communication barrier is between two people, not one person. I just ignored them, but maybe I should have said something.

When I was a customer at food Maxx, a security guard had the nerve to tell me "you didn't pay for that". After I gave him the receipt he didn't apologize for Wrongful Accusation. He didn't even say "thank you".

Those ass holes are rude as hell and I don't understand how they have not gotten made redundant yet

Some security guards at work do nothing all day long

On the other hand I would not want to be a security guard. They have to deal with customers acting mentally ill.
