Prep work for auto painting. The painter talks to the customer but meticulous prep work is needed for a quality paint job.

If you live near wealthy people they need gardeners to pull weeds. Stuff that most landscapers won't do.
They want people who will remove weeds without nasty chemicals that harm the environment.

Something in forestry or wildlife management or if you want to go into business for yourself - fish farming
