Head cashier Angela d and front end supervisor Angela w have been micromanaging me way too much lately.

Been working there four years and two months. Zero write ups.

Do not know if they micromanage everyone else more, less or equally as me.

Makes me so f*****g uptight and paranoid s**t

There is a theory that the main cause of work place stress isn't long hours, workload and interactional issue its lack of personal autonomy. Which is often caused by micro management.

in physics, it is possible to measure stress.

in psychology, it is not possible to objectively measure "stress" per se.

yesterday, i told head cashier AC that i was going on break, and then i went on break. a couple minutes later, head cashier RS had the nerve to come into the breakroom and ask if i was on break. (rolls eyes)

day before that, head cashier RS said she was looking for me and could not find me. i told that b***h i was spotting a forklift. "spotting who?" she had the nerve to cross examine me, like a lawyer. "adam"

those ass holes act like they don't trust me or some s**t. on the other hand, maybe they micromanage all the lot attendants, not just me. s**t, i couldn't imagine how much they micromanage cashiers. (rolls eyes)

I agree.

Its quite subjective.

Today I was unlocking a corral of shopping carts when head cashier Star came and told me to push the carts in Freight.

Went to Freight. A lot of shopping carts covered in bubble wrap. I had to cut off the wrap with scissors and use the key to unlock the carts. Then an hour later when I told head cashier Angela D that I was going to lunch, that micromanaging, scrutinizing and cross examining b***h had the nerve to ask me "one hour ago when star asked you to push the carts in Freight, did you not do it?"

I f*****g panicked because I thought I was getting made redundant.

"I was pushing the carts but now I am on lunch" I answered

Angela had the nerve to repeat her question. She wasn't yelling but she sounded suppressed and angry and self righteous b***h.

"The carts were wrapped in bubble wrap and I had to cut them with scissors and unlock them with a key" I told the idiot

"Have a nice lunch" she said

I didn't answer

I had to think of what Angela didn't know, that she didn't know that she didn't know (subconscious incompetence) and tell her. Otherwise I would have gotten written up.

But the whole time was on video tape and I was following instructions so I don't think I should have to put up with cross examinations like that

On the other hand the whole state is"at will " so whatever s**t

Besides even if the court subpoenaed me and I got accused of murder, it is not possible to"prove" that I didn't murder anyone. But if I got sent to jail because I couldn't prove I didn't murder anyone, then everyone else that could not prove they didn't murder anyone, should also get sent to jail. Then everyone would be in jail.

Besides sometimes someone frames up the defendant and even though the defendant is not guilty, the jury renders the defendant the "guilty " verdict and the defendant gets sent to jail

"Life" goes on and on and on

s**t

On the other hand, it is not "just " the head cashiers and the front end supervisor that has been micromanaging me personally.

Other supervisors also micromanage other employees

Just today, head cashier Alicia asked lot attendant Daniel why he didn't answer a call for the service desk. Daniel said he was spotting a forklift

A couple of weeks ago, supervisor Angela had the nerve to bark at cashier donita because donita allegedly accepted a counterfeit. But Angela didn't bark at the customer. Donita has been working there 18 years. Donita is nice enough. Angela told donita that when donita was still on break in the break room

f**k both Angela's

Want to quit home Depot but I am afraid other McJobs micromanage employees even more than home Depot

s**t
