Cashier Donita asked me to load a customer and I said "let me see if it is too heavy". And the customer said "don't lift it now. Wait til you get to the car.".
If I waited till I got to the car to try to lift it and it was too heavy, it would have taken more time and energy to get someone else to load the merchandise
Sometimes customers are all. "dr spock psychobabble" and they act like they know everything and I know nothing. They act so innocent (attitude)
They don't know what they don't know
