so im 25 (turned in Feb.) and graduated with a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering in december '07. Im 3 years behind my peers as far as having a professional engineering job. Still im not taking looking for a job very seriously. I know I should be but for some reason i dont.

Has anyone experienced something similar or have any suggestions on what i can do to get my ass in gear?

If you get to work with other engineers it is a lot of fun. It feels more like going to play than going to work.

So you've been out of school for almost five months. How did you sustain yourself in the interim? Anyway, all I've got to say is that you've got a great degree, it'd be a shame to see it wasted. Don't feel too bad about being behind the curve. Hell, I'm nearly 22 and I don't even have an AS, and I won't for at least another year.
