I'm looking for a part-time job, that would suit my interests, and my personality. As you all know, I love animals. I also enjoy doing art work, on my laptop, as well. I enjoy cleaning, and doing laundry. I also like to do dishes, as well. I enjoy Bingo. I love toys, and especially the high-tech ones that they make for boys, as well as the baby-type dolls, that they make, for girls. I also enjoy listening to music, though I'm a little behind the times. I also like the atmospheres of various health clubs, with all the machines. I need an easy job that would be fun, for me. The thing is, which, out of all of these options, would be the best choice, for me?

Could be all sorts of things although I have never found artwork (computer or otherwise) profitable.

Browse the vacancy's section of your local paper and see if something turns you on.

BTW I have plenty of laundry and dishes need doing here :)

I'm thinking, I'm thinking!

Ok...I think you could do just about anything - you have diverse interests. For p/t, maybe consider (just ideas):

Veterinary assistant (you would be GREAT)

Animal handler/trainer or dog (pet) grooming, kennel work (always a spot for this job)

Gym worker, especially working with maintaining equipment (even cleaning); trainer/spotter for atheletes or those with disabilites, even children (for fitness)

Toy store! Sometimes (even restaurants) have 'play areas' that need monitoring for kids - you would probably have as much fun as they do!

Museum docent, particularly for children's interests since it's more 'hands-on.' There is a big need for this and you've got the talent. Some of these museum programs are great, even science-oriented (such as class field trips).

Teaching assistant in school for, say, art programs, play therapy groups (ie: children w/ special needs). They need a compassionate person with a 'playful' but responsible side - that's our Sid!

Maybe something outdoorsy? How about a recreational site - they often have school-type programs for children, and others, with teaching activities that are fun and educational, such as guided nature walks, nature-art activites, constructing snow-caves (or sand, whatever). Sometimes tourists participate in these recreational/wilderness sites - guided tours, etc.

Libraries often have GREAT opportunities for kids (of all ages); learning/play opportunities with a real need for monitors (Sid) to coordinate/participate. Sometimes they have art activities and libraries are quite high-tech! You would be perfect here too.

Maybe a craft shop; sometimes they conduct workshops (maybe doll making, toy trains, etc). You would be a natural. They do sewing, crafts too.

How about a senior center? They always need an enthusiastic someone - Bingo players here! Plus a fun and sweet/compassionate person to assist in all sorts of activites (ie: cooking, crafts, needlework, exercise groups, showing basic computer skills, etc).

Some Universities have health club, child-care, IT/library assistants, recreational activities - good place to check!

I'm sure any one of these would suit you well - plus more. Good luck Sid.

You shoukld try to work at a music store. Then you could play your favorite 1970s tracks while you work.
