Yeah, I think it will be helpful for trying to decide where to work because no one is getting paid to post there(though some big companies might post fake "past employees" to try and recruit people but I think it is probably pretty accurate.

I love your avatar, by the way, I'm a big fan of rocks :D

Useful but must be taken with a grain of salt. Every bad experience is still a chance to learn and just because a company has a bad review, or a few, could only mean that the specific locations that those people worked at were bad.

I just read the reviews for the company I currently work at, and none of those descriptions match my experience so far. So like I said, grain of salt.

Agreed. I also keep in mind that some of my very lazy co-workers have probably thought their job sucked....and they rarely did any work. I think most of the posts do list the locations . I did find the comments about my current company to be very accurate, although no one from my store made comments, (the company scored -175,pretty grim and I certainly wouldn't be buying any of their stocks.)

You should consider posting some positive comments about the copany you work for..the site only works if people are willing to list good work experiences to.

I am still going to apply to a copany that had mixed reviews because one of the things that other people complained about is actually something that I would prefer. so even the "negatives" can be positive for some people.
