Hi There,

My Son is 38 and is just starting the process of therapy which I am sure will lead to a diagnosis of Aspergers. He is out of a job and having difficulty with personal as can be expected I hear. Any words of encouragement for us? Any late Aspies diagnosed out there? How can I best support him, emotionally?

Thanks,

Nancy

Come to the Dino Cafe,
http://www.wrongplanet.net/posts32122-start13890.html

There are a number of us "older" Aspies there.

As far as support, let him be. If he needs to talk, let him talk. If not, just let him be. Good luck!
