Anyone have any tips on dealing with stupid people at work and with emotions cause by people at work.

Example... a co-worker dislikes my response to her insisance I go out of my way to correct one of her problems and rats me out to the boss for " insubordination."

On one hand I laughed because I had all the backing material to prove this was a problem she needed to deal with tech support on. But on the other hand it really pissed me off.

This person seems to have it out for me.... so I have to keep my cool. She has the bosses ear... so I REALLY have to keep my cool.

How do I handle these emotions? Any tips or tricks for calming myself down?

It's time to dust off that resume.
I've seen that movie too many times, and it always has the same ending.
If you find a way to deal with people like that, I'd love to hear it.
