Would it be usefull to have a list of potential employers that hire people with Autism/AS?

Something like this: Categorised for each country, work category (what they do)

USA:

Name: Foobar corporation
Location: Chicago, IL
Business: IT and Administration consulting.

Europe:

(...)

Asia:

(...)

...and so on.

(I know USA is a big place so it could be subcategorised by state. And the list would have to be updated at least once a year, or whenever someone found out an error, i.e. the corporation does not exist anymore or if they have moved.)

I think it would be usefull since finding and keeping jobs seems to be a problem for some here...(including me). I thought about such a list when i was recommended such a place (link) by my Aspie friend.

What do you think?

(and yes, i could do a poll to go with this thread, but ultimately it is up to the site owner/forum administrators to decide... And no, i do not want to maintain such a list).

Ichinin, I've tried to compile a list as you describe. Please forgive the length...

That is just awesome! Good work!

Maby that link could be pinned in some post in this forum, where people could post new companys + information?

Glad if it's helpful. Please feel free to use/move it to wherever is best, though this thread may be just fine. Thanks for the kind comment.
