Ok folks I will journal my problems and how I get over them.
Computer Addiction - do all my computer stuff between 6:00 and 6:30 AM. Keep it turned off the rest of the day.
Messy room - put the pile of laundry in the dresser, sort it out, and chose clothes for the rest of the week.
Home work - organize my binders, put all the assignments and tests on the calendar, pile up all the home work, and start every assignment at least.
Schedule - make a schedule for myself to study, clean up, eat, cook, sleep, do laundry and follow the same thing every week.
My goals are:
Stay logged out of WP for a week.
Read up for classes and do homework.
Get a hair cut, cut nails, wear clean, neat, ironed clothes, use mouthwash, and shave every day.
Shower every morning with soap and sponge.
Take out the trash and wash dishes every day.
Write down all I have to do on a daily planner.
Write down what I did during the day every night.
Not check my email for a week.
Pay my bills and return library books and pay fines.
Run and do push ups every morning.
I will let you know if my plan worked at all in a week
