Your definition of non-verbal...and our kids...his chances..
my 3yo AS son was NON_VERBAL he used all sound effects grunts etc "perfect" from a young age and all he could say was "BAA" which meant help-mum-dad-me...everything basically. Literally the weeks before he turned 3 he said mum and now 4 months later he says 10-15 words and i say he was non verball now hes becoming verball.
I dont care for "tecnical terms" because when trying to explain this to ordinary people "technical terms" mean crap anyway....so desribe your son exactly as you would like to...
