When I was a teen (aspie teen) I used to say to my mum when she asked me to do something "is that alright with you" or "got a problem with that" mum just ignored it or would reply no its not alright. For aspies I believe deescalating tactics or ignoring it works the best. Punishment serves to make you angry and more frustrated. Now Im an adult mum will even joke by saying on the phone "ive gotta go is that alright with you!" I think your son is going through a faze and ignoring it and deecalating will help to make it less long.
