Well, it seems the trick to this was taking him out of school.

Not even a week out he started having an improved attitude towards his little brother and it has only improved from there. Not only that, but he told us that the adults running his social education program at school had been trying to tell him he was being abused at home even though he did not think so.

I was so angry, but going to school to fight with them over it would have been pointless and we have just contented ourselves with the fact that he is doing so much better now.
