No worries. I myself didn't start liking vegetable toppings on my pizza until my mid 20's.

I think its great what you are doing with your son. :)

Im an Aspie and so is my child.. fortunately we both never had food issues like that, I love to try new foods, I find it exciting. Sounds like your son may end up the same :)

I woner what he's gonna cash his 'points' in for. C:
Up until I was about 6, I ate nothing but macaroni and cheese and tuna fish sandwiches, or a combination of those two. >o> was a pretty chubby kid. My parents were passive and let me eat what I wanted.
Still partial to those foods, but what stopped that was staying at my grandmas for two weeks. Didn't want to disapoint her, and she refused to make food not from scratch. So instead of starve I ate (very small amounts) of what she made. And it wasn't terrible, from what I can remember.

cranberry - he has a list of things the points can buy, but it's mostly hugs and kisses.

Trying new foods continues to go great! He's had a few bites of lasagna and ate mannecoti with the filling scraped out. ( A huge concession, believe me!) He rediscovered that he loves blueberry muffins and plans to try fresh blueberries. He even tried a poppyseed muffin and was so thrilled that I wasn't lying when I said it was like cake.

Fresh Choice is his favorite restaurant and I want to take him there soon and see what he's willing to try now.
