While this seems off-topic, not rushing a kid with AS through errands is definitely good advice.
i have previously packed ice into a cooler bag, but most often i am distracted by hindrances, and the ice melts and wets the seat in the car. i would leave my children at home if i could when i am shopping, because i become rather juvenile in my behavior, and i would not like them to see that.
i have no children thank goodness, so my behavior only affects me.
