Please understand that I am not a parent However, I am a person most probably on the Asperger's-Autism Spectrum (self-diagnosed) and am happy to share whatever insights I might have.

An additional issue is acquaintance and date rape, given that even mainstream Hollywood movies depict situations and activities which are awfully damn borderline. And given that some, not all, of adolescent male sex talk is how to push or pressure females into sex. Other guys want a more 'innocent' girl and a longer term relationship. But there's still kind of the dichotomy between madonna / whore, and gosh, that is a very limited way of viewing and classifying human beings.

Anyway, there should be something more than just luck for a young man not to commit acquaintance rape.

If I was the coach of a college sports team tasked with including drug education, sexual conduct education, NCAA rules, etc., I would seriously consider bringing in someone involved in the bdsm scene, who would talk about safe, sane, and consensual. This as a way of realistically putting it out there. Hey, if you guys want want adventure, you can have adventure, you still need to treat other people decently. I think something non-goody-two-shoes would be a real attention getter. In a similar way, by being direct, by putting it out there, and yes, maybe by being explicit, pornography might be relatively healthy compared to a lot of societal influences.

It's also the case that a group presentation does not have the same embarrassment or cringe factor as a one on one conversation. I might almost keep it short and sweet. Instead of "the Talk" with capital T, maybe occasional conversations and keeping the lines of communication open, still respecting someone's privacy. It's a very tricky thing.

Over time, porn serves to make the individual impotent.

Someone may have told you this but I do not believe there is any evidence for such a view.

Circulatory problems, Psych meds and psychological issues make people impotent.

If it was porn, I'd surely have been impotent years ago, but no.
