Mikassyna, you came across as worried about what is happening to me, you did not come across as negative about anyone!
I think sometimes the people who are most helpful have so much skill that they bring out more in the child or adult they are working with than is necessarily possible for the average person. That can lead to a shock when those same skills aren't demonstrated everywhere, with everyone, but it also means your child is in very good hands with people who know how to and can help him maximize his learning.
