My son is working on thanking people for his birthday presents. We try to make it easier for him. So today I asked if he wanted to dictate a message to his grandma and I would type it and he said "I'll type it myself, that will make Bubbi proud."

I think it's so cool that he's starting to get that concept.

It is great. We have a lot of trouble getting from good intentions to mailed notes, but it sounds like you are already ahead of where we were.

Speaking of thank you notes, we're having great success with the video thank you note. My son loves to film himself anyway, and it's much easier for him to think of nice things to say when he can hold the object. And of course, the little movies are adorable! He's been ending every one big close up kiss for the camera. :lol:
