Problems with prolonged periods of writing.

My 11yr old has visual processing issues. Which is part of SID, he has no tracking skills. His OT said that his eyes don't work together it is almost like each eye sees different things. He can't read due to this, his vision is fine it is how the brain is processing the information. If I show him a simple word on a flash card "the" he can tell me the word but say it is in a book he can't pick it out. He can't track lines or spaces. It is hard for me to explain or imagine. I try to think what it would be like if both my eyes seen different things and I can't.
