I didn't say cripple them - I was just referring to putting a scare into them.
Think about what the bullies do to "put a scare" into their victims. They START with injuring them. I'm still angry with people who told me that I wasn't really hurt and who would also tell me that I was hurting them if I fought back so I shouldn't do that.
The bullies enjoyed far more protection than I did.
I'm not going to ask why. There is no reason for me to be reluctant to cause them severe and lasting injury, and there is no reason for other victims of bullying to just let them go unharmed. They should suffer physical injury, loss of academic credits and lower grade point averages, just like they did to me, and they should also suffer loss of sanity and emotional security. They injure children, they should suffer what they inflict on others.
I know that sounds a little insane, but what I mean is that bullies should not feel immune to the natural consequences of what they do especially when those consequences are the same as those that they inflict on others just for existing. There is no good reason to worry that someone might "lose control" and cause permanent injury to a bully. The bully isn't under control, he can and does cause permanent injury both mental and physical, so there is no reason to try to protect him.
