Soon we'll be approaching that American (and Canadian too?) holiday called "Thanksgiving".
Would anyone like to reflect on why they are grateful for their child? And why you are proud of them and why they are so special to you and the rest of the family?

Actually, I already celebrated the Canadian Thanksgiving (Monday, October 12th).

I am thankful for having my wonderful two children (ages 4 and 2).
I am thankful for living in a safe neighbourhood, in a safe country.
I am thankful that I am blessed with a affordable housing and enough income to afford healthy food and at least some activities.
I am thankful for being in my thirties, with enough health to enjoy life after going through the difficult learning and development that takes place in ones teens and twenties.
I am thankful for finding WrongPlanet after my son's diagnosis and getting a chance to learn from others.

Happy (belated) Thanksgiving to my fellow Canadians and Happy Thanksgiving to my American friends.
