I used to think I could fix anything. I now know that giving love is sometimes all I can do.

Having an autistic child has taken me to my knees and showed me that I am just a man. It has humbled me. But it has also showed me that I can love far beyond anything I ever imagined.

No one can understand this perspective like the people on this board.

I hope you all have a very Merry Christmas.

Like they used to say about the Peace Corps, "It's the toughest job you'll ever love".
I'm so blessed to be his mom.
