Thanks - it's been a good day.

First year in a long time that the loss of my own Mom didn't make me feel so 'orphanish'. The kids really made the day a good one.

Thanks, CockneyRebel! How sweet of you to wish us a happy day -- I hope your day was nice, too! (Mine was awesome -- my son agreed, for the first time ever, to participate in his preschool's craft project and made me a card. I actually cried with happiness at the thought of him being willing to get glue on his hands, which he HATES, to make that card for me!)
