How old is your son.

If he is getting to his middle school years, a good book would be "Freaks, Geeks, and Aspergers Syndrome" by Luke Jackson.

Hi, He's 6 years old, but has started asking me questions, he's also noticing that when he approaches nt children, talking about his favourite subject of racing cars and spiderman that they are not responding to him and either giving him a smart answer or a funny look!! :)

OK,

One book I have seen at Barnes and Noble is called "Different Like Me". That may be along the lines of what you are looking for.

Polly, the National Autistic Society (UK) have some good books. I bought two for my son - 'Can I tell you about Asperger Syndrome', and 'What is Asperger Syndrome and how will it affect me'. Both very good.

I got my son a book called "let me tell you about aspergers" or "can I tell you...." anyway it was a little bit too young for my 11 year old son. So check that one out. Also I have had his teachers read it just to give them a bit of info as they have never even heard of AS before. good luck
